WORST Airbnb and ZERO SERVICE RECOVERY ever. We booked 4br with play area, checked in and to our horror, cockroach at the door step, ants along the wall, hair on the floor, play area has weird black bits and food particles, used cup left unwashed & dried up, sofa with ants hidden and revealed after spraying the anti-dust mite /anti bed bugs spray, soiled/used cloth in the common sink area. Contacted the host and was told the unit was not cleaned. Had to go back to the other condo next to it to return the key and exchange for a new key for another unit. They told us to move to a 5br unit and even had the cheek to tell us not to use the 5th br because we only booked for 4 br. We are not even hard up to use the 5th br- in the first place the unit we booked ought to be cleaned and not have to go through the hassle of changing unit, AND an uncleaned one as well. At the 5th br unit, it was a similar situation, unit is uncleaned, ants within the unit along the entrance wall, one of the ensuite bedrooms have drainage smell, hair on the beds, the toilet seats were stained, choking in the master bedroom bathroom… we reported to the host and they seemingly were apologetic but replied in a confusing manner as well - saying they had “gone ahead to refund” … and that we “may check out”… it was already 11pm by the time we changed the unit and spotted more disgust, and we have kids with us. After check-out the day after, we asked about the refund but we didn’t expect them to actually meant for us to LEAVE at 11pm and only then they will refund us. We had thought it’s service recovery on their part for their lack of responsibility to keep the units clean. On hindsight we should probably have checked out the next day but then again they would probably retorted we had stayed for the night and no refund - weighing the hassle of changing to another accommodation (there were 6 adults and 2 children), as we were out the whole day the next day until the late evening, we just put up with it and checked out as early as we could. In any case, we strongly advise not to book this.

Request us to change another building because of bedroom air cond not function. Finally changed to building Iskandar residence A-02-3A. This unit A-02-3A all bathroom funiture is bad condition, unit have smelly & small bedroom air cond not function.

Location: Near Legoland and not too far from CIQ. Best if you’re driving, but Grab is available (just fewer drivers around, so book in advance). No shops or eateries nearby. You’ll need to head to Mall of Medini or order via Grab. Cleanliness: Cleaner than many other apartments I’ve stayed in. Just minor dust on the diffuser and bedsheet, but nothing that affected comfort. Service: Excellent service, with fast replies on WhatsApp (except after 10pm). Would be great if there was a drying rack, but amenities like iron, hairdryer, hangers, and even a water dispenser were provided, which was really thoughtful. Facilities: Gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Vending machines in the lobby were also convenient for quick snacks and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with great service and facilities. Very convenient for those visiting Legoland.

We had a wonderful time at this homestay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, which made planning and settling in so easy. The unit was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped — even including some toys and a small play area that kept the kids happily entertained. One of the highlights for us was the excellent security at the condo. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, which gave us great peace of mind, especially while traveling with children. Overall, it was a fantastic, stress-free experience for the whole family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay with top-notch safety.

Very comfortable place to stay with family. Spacious room and clean. Very near to Puteri Harbour. For me the place is strategic.

The apartment was so clean. But probably the waterheater can be better upgraded at the masterbedroom.

Property took the initiative to contact me via WhatsApp and created a group chat for easier communications on facilitating for key collection and registration of vehicles. Overall it’s a decent stay, except the room need to be more tidy up as our children found cigarettes bud underneath the bed and lingerie in the wardrobe that doesn’t belong to us.

Pros: For the price you are paying, the room is huge and there is even a kids play room which is perfect for the kids. Service chat is prompt and friendly. General areas are kept clean BUT… Cons: the toilet is really not well maintained and it smelled bad. One of the toilet The drainage was clogged and the toilet bowl has stains probably due to long usage. There are ants all over the kitchen area although there is no food lying around. Overall: For the price you pay, I do think this is worth it for the space , but if are very particular about cleanliness, this might not be the best homestay.

Firstly. Deposits requirements was not highlighted during booking. Secondly. End users feeling unsafe when A/C No, A/C holder name and bank name was asked by a third party. Thirdly. Your account keep showing error when I tried to transfer cash for deposit. Fouth. You make us going three points (deposit, key collection, final destination) before we can reach the unit. My advice for your improvement are , Collect the deposit during booking Locate your key collection together with check in. Keep in mind that mainly of your guests are foreigners that's not familiar with the place. And you want them to go points to points just for checking
